• February 2011 - "B Is For Basketball"  is published! Written by the students of Haida Gwaii, this is an alphabet book for all ages about the annual All-Native Basketball Tournament in Prince Rupert B.C. The book was conceived and compiled by Literacy Haida Gwaii, School District 50 Haida Gwaii... And illustrated by me! This important book is published by McKellar & Martin, of Vancouver, and is slated to be the "Welcome To Kindergarten" book in Aboriginal Communities across Canada in 2012. I am thrilled and honoured to be part of this exciting project as it showcases our vibrant north west coast culture to the rest of Canada.
